(1) Government houses will be provided by the Government of Nepal for the purpose of housing for judges who do not have their own houses in the places where the High Court and District Courts are located. If such a house is not arranged, the amount mentioned in Schedule-1 will be given to the judge for housing facilities.

(2) The amount mentioned in Schedule-1 will be given to the judge who lives in his house for house cleaning and maintenance.

(3) According to sub-section (1), the judge will be allowed to enjoy the housing facility for seven days from the date of expiry of his tenure.
